Jason is a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He has extensive experience providing individualized strength and conditioning programs to clients of all ages, and has also demonstrated a high passion for fitness and helping clients improve their self-image!

Jason is currently certified by the American Council on Exercise, and also holds other certifications in both weight management and joint injury rehab training. He has also been a three-time winner of the Trainer of the Year award with a previous employer.

Now as a self-employed trainer, Jason enjoys working closely with each of his clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. These goals include weight loss, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, and many others. And get this, he has even worked with clients who have lost over 100 lbs. on multiple occasions!

Jason is also known to be organized, enthusiastic with good “people” skills, knowledgeable in both anatomy and physiology, and motivating.
