Our UBF water bottles are BPA free. What I have since learned about that is …. reduce usage of

-plastic bottles

-Styrofoam containers

-most paper take-out containers with that glossy lining

-it is a long list!!!

BPA, BPF and BPS…could all bad for you. Our bottles are BPA free but not sure if they are BPF and/or BPS free. Turns out companies took BPA out and put one of the others in. We don’t know enough about the other but it is leaning not good either.

The Starbucks coffee cups could be on that list too….. take your own metal mug.

Yep, metal drinking container or coffee mug or ceramic (I break those too easily).
