Kelsey is an Auburn University graduate with a BS in Exercise Science. She is ACE certified in personal training and specializes in Exercise therapy. Her focus is on injury recovery/prevention and functional training. With a unique background in dance, weight and flexibility training, her training style revolves around building a strong, stable body with adequate mobility and flexibility.
Her sessions are highly personalized, goal-based fitness plans that adapt to client body-type and physical abilities. With all clients, no matter the level of fitness, she focuses on pushing them to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. With a certification in nutrition coaching, she has the knowledge to help others do so. She believes what you feed your body plays a huge role in your overall fitness.
