Mike Collins is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and received his Master of Science at the University of Miami (FL). He also holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in dietetics to gain his Registered Dietitian credential.
Mike’s training method focuses on the mind-to-muscle connection which directs you to think about actively engaging the target muscle as you engage in movement. His training style is intense but methodical which makes it easy for his clients to follow. Mike’s focus is helping his clients change their lives through structured training sessions directed at building muscle and changing body composition. He is super (sometimes annoyingly) passionate about nutrition and loves teaching his clients how important diet is when it comes to overall fitness.
