Patrick is a certified personal trainer through ACE, and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of West Georgia. His passion for sports and fitness dates back to his youth, and he credits trainers and coaches who changed his life for inspiring his journey. Now, he’s eager to pay it forward and help others better their lives through fitness.

With a background in playing collegiate football Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a personal trainer. He not only has experience training others but has also undergone transformative experiences working with trainers himself.
