She also holds a unique certification as a Menopause Coaching Specialist, which focuses on supporting women’s health, strength and empowerment through midlife and beyond. She is committed to meeting every client exactly where they are with compassion and empathy while offering individualized programs, guiding each client to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes to help them bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
